Shadyside Athletic Physicals
Athletic physicals for all Shadyside students involved in athletics for the 2015-2016 school year will be held on June 18, 2015. This will take place at Wheeling Medical Park, Tower 4, Suite 401 on 4th floor, Family Medicine Center. There will be a $10.00 fee, checks can be made payable to Family Medicine Center, Wheeling Hospital. Students should arrive in the following manner: Seniors at 5:30 pm, Juniors at 6:00 pm, Sophomores at 6:30 pm, and 7th, 8th, and 9th grade at 7:00 pm. All students can meet in the main lobby on first floor. There is also a new OHSAA policy that will require parents to go on line and complete part of the physical. Go to this website: WWW.e-ppe.com to access these forms, then print out the entire physical, including the doctor’s part, and bring it with you on June 18th. If there are any questions please contact John Triveri, Athletic Director at Shadyside High School, 304-312-8869.

Ohio’s New Graduation Requirements
The Ohio Department of Education has posted three new tools to inform parents, students, and/or staff about Ohio’s new graduation requirements. These include: a short video; a Power Point explaining more of the details; and a Frequently Asked Questions feature.
